The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the organizational climate and the turnover intentions of medical center employees during the Corona crisis. In terms of the research method, this research is of a documentary and survey type, the research tools include Halpin and Kraft's organizational climate questionnaires and O'Reilly et al.'s turnover intentions questionnaire. The statistical population includes the employees of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Kashan in 2019 and the sample size is estimated to be 130 people using Sample Power software. The findings of the research in the descriptive dimension showed that the majority of the employees of this center evaluated its organizational climate as average and the desire to leave the service among them is medium to high. The inferential analysis of the data also showed that there is a significant and inverse relationship between organizational climate and the desire to leave the service of employees. Also, multivariate analysis showed that four indicators of influence and dynamism, teamwork spirit, harassment and distancing explain 37% of the changes in the desire to leave the service, and the highest effect on leaving the service belongs to the dimension of teamwork and collective spirit. According to these findings, it is suggested that policy-making in medical and hospital systems should be focused on creating more job motivations among specialized and skilled human forces

The purpose of this study was to recognize the role of vital events announcement in the macro-level planning and policy-makings of Kurdistan province. This study was conducted in the center of Kurdistan in 2019-2020 based on survey methods, and data was collected by self-declared questionnaire. The statistical population included all specialists, general managers, deputies and experts in the field of planning and development working in organizations of Kurdistan that 354 of them were selected by disproportionate classified and accessible methods. The data analyzed in SPSS software package. This study while depicting the usefulness of vital event statistics in macro-level planning and policy-makings, relying on the results of the One-sample T-test showed that the observed mean in the components of increasing equality, increasing coordination in policy-making and improving policy-making programs was statistically significant (Sig=0.000). In other words, the agencies in charge of planning in Kurdistan are less than expect to use vital event statistics for planning purposes. Also the results of the Friedman test, confirmed the lack of usage capacity in the planning of responsible agencies and organizations, especially in reducing inequality in society and the existence of coordination in planning. The study warns of the need for serious attention and the use of vital events and statistics recorded by officials in order to planning and make more accurate and systematic policies in various aspects.

AbstractThe hypothesis - based on the present study, suggests that border markets and related development have not been a good policy for the development of border areas. The present research method is the Grounded theory in which it deals with the field conditions, causation and intervention, consequences as well as strategies. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview with 45 stakeholders and stakeholders as targeted examples, including village heads, members of district and village councils, market experts, and saturation data. There were deep conversations. Based on the logic of the field theory method, the data were extracted in three levels of open, central, and selective coding. The number of concepts developed in this stage was 134 basic concepts, 15 core categories, 4 main categories, and one nuclear category. The main categories are; Lack of development infrastructure, the collapse of the agricultural and livestock sector, and socio-cultural isolation, inefficiency in restorative policies. An analysis of these categories led us to the core category of institutional and structural rejection of border communities. Based on this, it can be concluded that the logic governing border-based development, by presenting markets as the most important axis of development in these areas, has rejected border communities and destroyed their capacities and potentials. Keywords: Border Development, Border Markets, Local Development, Disappearance of Capacities and Opportunities, Border Communities.

The effectiveness of the educational activities, according to the resolutions of the institute, is defined as achieving the goals of distance learning, such as strengthening the scientific ability and stamina of students, laying the ground for enriching the scientific knowledge of students, facilitating research and scientific communication, preventing learners from dropping out, presenting a model for the comprehensiveness of educational system, establishing scientific and native education, and promoting the proper use of information and communications technology. The questionnaire contained 82 items that were categorized based on the 8 primary questions of the research. The research population consisted of all the directors of the distance learning centers in Bandar Abbas. The sample comprised of 30 directors due to the limitations. Therefore, descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation) was used to analyze the collected data. The results showed that the achievement of some goals of the approved programs of the institute had some shortcomings due to the lack of full awareness of executive agents. Monitoring, controlling, and building culture can help solve the issues in this area. Moreover, the country’s poor information and communications technology infrastructure is a key factor in reducing the effectiveness of these centers.

Examining the performance of the important economic institutions of the country can help us to understand the current situation and also to find suitable ways to repair the gaps in the future. One of the relatively new concepts in political science to study the performance of institutions is the concept of government capacity. In the present article, using this concept and documentary method and historical analysis of data and information, the performance of this organization is emphasized by emphasizing the five development plans; this performance is evaluated based on two main and important indicators of the concept of government capacity, namely the degree of bureaucracy independence from the government and institutional efficiency. The results show that the PBO has been the most efficient and effective in terms of the two main components of government capacity during the reform period; the reason for this stems from the government's more realistic view of the country's economy and development (based on the country's requirements and conditions) and efforts to reduce entrepreneurship in this area. These results also indicate that according to the analysis of the efficiency of this organization over nearly four decades, creating fundamental structural changes in the organization is a priority and the officials of this institution should pay more attention to improving the two basic components of independence and institutional efficiency.

In this article two functions of Pension Fund Organization (PFO) are highlighted in the framework of Social Accounting Matrix (SAM). First is the identification of mobilizing resources (deductions) from factor income to allocation and finally to inter-institutional income transfers. Second is the measurement of the role of PFO in increasing production, factor income (GDP) and institutional income using two conventional and new multipliers. The difference between the two is taken as the role of PFO in the structure of economy. The above two functions raise the following two questions: one- Could the new classification be used to identify the function of PFO in channelizing resources (deductions) in the structure of Iranian economy? Two- What is the share of PFO to production, GDP and domestic institutional income? Using the newly constructed 1395 SAM, the overall results are two folds: First- the share of PFO in mobilizing resources is 65.4% and the share of other institutions is 34.6%. Second- The respective share of PFO in production, GDP and institutional incomes are 0.3, 0.34 and 1.04%.

The need to security is among the primary needs that man experiences in his life. Some scholars consider it as one of the underlying factors in formation of human societies. This need is of both objective and subjective dimensions. The objective dimension lies in the real conditions of society, and the subjective one is, in fact, the interpretation of the objective conditions that people make in their minds. The present research aims to study the subjective dimension of social security, i.e. social security feeling among Afghan migrants residing in Tehran, as well as its relationship with their social capital. This was an explanatory study and the statistical population included all Afghan migrants residing in the city of Tehran (i.e. around 67,000 people). Based on Cochran's sample size formula and using cluster as well as snowballing sampling methods, 399 subjects were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire, validity and reliability of which was confirmed, was used to measure the social security feeling and social capital. The results showed that the respondents had an average-level of social security feeling and social capital. Moreover, there was a significant positive relationship between the extent of Afghan migrants’ social security feeling and their status of social capital. The results also indicated that social trust and norms of cooperation, as two aspects of social capital, had a significant relationship with social security feeling, confirmingtheories of Putnam and Cox.

Analytical and Applied Concepts of Sociology in Explaining and Training Entrepreneurship Hamzeh Nozari[1] Received: 8/11/2018 Accepted: 13/2/2018 Abstract Sociology has developed a different approach to psychology and economics in the field of entrepreneurship and has played an important role in creating and expanding entrepreneurial research, in particular issues such as ethnic entrepreneurship, network analysis of opportunities, organizational entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship based on gender and work experience. In addition, theories and sociological analysis can be used for instructions on how to start a business. In addition to answering the question “why”, entrepreneurial sociology answers “How”question of entrepreneurship. This article, by examining sociological approaches and theories and analyzing the content of research on sociology of entrepreneurship in Iran, shows that from theories and analyzes of sociology, practical concepts can be derived for the training of future business owners. In other words, in the analysis and explanations of sociology of entrepreneurship, there are concepts such as social networking and business opportunities, teamwork and marketing which are practical and important in teaching and training entrepreneurship and future entrepreneurs. In addition, the findings show that sociological research on entrepreneurship in Iran is growing in terms of analytical concepts, but has not succeeded in extracting practical and applied concepts for entrepreneurship education. Today, tourism seeks to gain experience and return to the knowledge of the beliefs and traditions of local communities. Localization is one of the discourses that has been considered in the field of new development paradigms.Localization in the sense of self-belief, preservation and revival of indigenous methods and validation of one's own culture based on its real knowledge in the first place and conscious selection of economic, social and cultural methods and techniques of new scientific knowledge in the second place. Experience has shown that many indigenous techniques and methods, due to their compatibility with the ecosystem, are the same methods that represent the methods of achieving sustainable development today. In the field of tourism, this is reflected in components and categories such as indigenous knowledge, ecotourism, ecotourism resorts, event tourism, and rural and nomadic tourism. Considering the purpose and central issue of the research, ie the effect of localization approach in the process of sustainable tourism, it is concluded that by creating localization in the field of tourism, the scope of research, rehabilitation and efficiency of the indigenous community has increased. It has a direct connection. In the methodological dimension, the qualitative research method and the approach appropriate to anthropological work, ie ethnography, were used as the operational method of research, and the thematic analysis technique was used to analyze the data.

Today, creating work-life balance is among the most important concerns of employees of organizations. In other words, the most successful employees are those who can manage to create a balance between their work and life. Development of flexible plans in organizations is an instrument in doing so. Hospitals are among the organizations in which executing flexible plans among employees (i.e. nurses) is more justified. The statistical population of the present research included all the nurses working at the hospitals of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Using multi-stage cluster sampling method, 220 subjects were selected. The content validity of the research was confirmed by a panel of experts as well as using conformity factor analysis. The reliability of the research instrument was also tested and approved using Cronbach's coefficient alpha. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS and Lisrel software. The results of the structural equation model showed that work-life balance had a significant effect on job attitude (i.e. job satisfaction, job attachment, and tendencytowards job relinquishment). At the end, the applied implications of the study are discussed.
