Immigrant youth are one of the urban groups that are exposed to kinds of problems, crimes and social deviations for various reasons. The aim of this study was to understand the contexts of crime in immigrant youth in Tehran. The method of the present study is qualitative, content analysis and the necessary information has been collected using the technique of observation and in-depth semi-structured interviews. The sample size is 26 immigrant youth who are currently in prison. Immigration with the motive of work and labor and committing criminal behavior are the two dominant forms of immigration motivation by immigrant youth, and crimes related to drugs and theft are the most common crimes among immigrant youth. After careful analysis of the information, six main themes and twenty-one sub-themes were extracted. Finding shows that most of the young immigrants have migrated to Tehran not with the motive of committing a crime, but with the motive of work and labor. However, after a while and encountering multiple negative and damaging situations and incitement to crime, they engage in criminal behaviors. In a nutshell, the migration of young immigrants to Tehran has not only improved the situation of many of them, but has also led to their involvement in common crimes.

This article seeks to answer the question of what was the process of housing reconstruction after the November 2017 earthquake in Sarpol-e Zahab and with what challenges? . The method of the present study was qualitative and was used to analyze information and interviews using thematic analysis. Based on the purposive sampling method as well as the theoretical saturation criterion, in-depth and semi-established interviews were conducted with 35 people born in the earthquake and 15 people with specialization. The findings of this study show that the trainee government is the federal government, uses public resources for personal gain, reconstructs delays and slowness of the process, unsupported promises and does not happen in practice, the bureaucracy governing licensing, Do not believe in heat Bank loans, poverty and sexual inequality, empirical experience and preparation of reconstruction authorities, lack of public participation,, , macroeconomic challenges The country was one of the main challenges of reconstruction after the November 2017 earthquake in the city of Sarpol-e Zahab, which was an incomplete and unfinished physical reconstruction. . It seems that the lack of planning and ignoring the social and cultural issues in the formation and construction of” Mehr Housing” by decision makers, will lead to the emergence of social anomalies in the future. The concept of “House", in addition to the physical location, also covers the entire residential environment, which includes all the essential services and facilities needed for the well-being of families. Making Minimal Housing for Citizens, without paying attention to its social damages, can encounter the society with major challenges which require a lot of costs to solve. The present paper seeks to use the descriptive-analytical method and utilizes various theories of social policy, social anomalies in relation to residential environment, urban ecology and Social disorganization, deals with the challenges of social policy in the field of “Parand Mehr Housing”. It focuses on identifying and measuring the impact of social policy components on the formation of social anomalies among its inhabitants. In order to achieve this, by using Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis and path analysis of correlation coefficient, the effect and the direction of influence of these components have been measured based on research hypotheses.The results indicate that social anomalies among residents of " Mehr House" have been created due to the lack of access to the components: sense of belonging, leisure and recreation , monitoring and control, communication and social interactions, social capital, cultural consensus, access to work and employment And cultural per capita Which has largely been ignored and emerged in the study area. The present article aims to study the subculture of poverty among “gypsies” in Harandi Neighborhood (formerly known as Darvazeh Ghar) in Tehran. The research method is qualitative and the data was gathered using observation and interview techniques. The sample size was 40 people, and it was completed when the theoretical saturation was achieved. The results of this study show that the gypsies have a special poverty subculture that paves the way for different kinds of social issues and pathologies. Also the findings show that the subculture of the gypsies include elements such as poverty, valuing poverty, seeking adventure and excitement, hedonism, violating the law, being here and now, unwillingness to care about future, low social participation and lacking any feeling of belonging to the urban environment. Also the subculture of poverty is closely related to the formation of different social pathologies, such as addiction, violence, gambling and drug dealing.
