Today, higher education is one of the fundamental factors of moving towards globalization; likewise professional human resources are major characteristic of progress and development of countries. With development of information technology (IT) and shortened the economic cycle, the role of intangible assets, particularly such as knowledge, becomes more significant and creates added value. Thus development and strengthening the scientific education and research institutions pave the way for development of other areas. In this study, undermining potential talent and thoughts is considered as the main challenge. This research has been done by means of Quota sampling method, among 393 students of IsfahanUniversity and IsfahanMedicalUniversity. Multiple regression and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. Results show that creativity among students was medium and there are significant relations between motivation, self confidence, parenting practices, participation in group work and creativity. However no relation between age and creativity has been found. Moreover the results show that based on Beta value, participating in group work and self confidence have been correlated with creativity.

Studying various theories and perspectives towards district development in recent century entirely indicates the priority of social culture of district to the other of its aspects. Considering features and concept of district based planning shows that this perspective instead of expert interfering with simple hypotheses is based on process and communicative programming and step by step it is with making capacity, social capital and people participation in an attempt for social communication, accelerating and enabling.
In this research after studying related theoretical concepts, we consider the capacities of social capital in Firozsalar district of Gokan city in the East Azerbaijan province in the framework of possession base perspective. Our dependent variable is willingness for participation which is a prerequisite for district base planning. The other capacities of social capital are independent variables. The survey was conducted among sample of 94 residents of Gokan.
Results show indicators of social capital have high correlation with willingness for participation. Also there is a negative significant correlation between evaluation of district's problems and dependent variable. Security (with coefficient of 0.81), social coalition (with coefficient of 0.665), social trust (with coefficient of 0.669) and evaluation of district's problems ordinal (with coefficient-0.19), show casual effects on willingness for participation. As a whole evaluation of social coalition in relation with neighborhoods and trust in all aspects (such as interpersonal, institutional and generalized) indicates that internal coalition has led to decrease generalized trust in Firozsalar.

This research aims to study the effect of social and cultural capitals on the participation of women in nongovernmental organizations.
In this research, the indices of social relations, social trust, and interaction norms have been used to assess social capital. The indices of embodied, objectified, and institutionalized cultural capitals have been used to evaluate cultural capital.
The research is based on survey method. The statistical population is comprised of 80 females of 19 to 30 years old working voluntarily in the nongovernmental organizations for labor children of Tehran. The samples of this research were selected by random classification method.
The data were collected using a questionnaire, and analyzed statistically using descriptive and inferential methods.
Findings demonstrate that there is a meaningful correlation between social and cultural capitals and participation rate of women working in governmental organizations, i.e. any increase in the social and cultural capitals of women improves the participation rate of such women in NGOs, and vice versa.
