The article studies women situation in Iran and Turkey in terms of the main indicators of human development. Comparatively documentary and data analyzing, it attempts to answer how is the gender gap and what is the Gender Development Index in these two countries. To do this, human development with indicators such as education, health, economy and politic base on sex ratio were studied. Domestic data of Statistical Centre of Iran, Turkish Statistical Institute and international ones such as World Bank organization, human development reports and global gender gap report of world economic forum were referred. Findings clarify that with the exception of determinants of Health indicator which are reported by and large similar situation; the situation of women politic and economic indicators in Turkey implies higher level of development in Turkey. This is somehow because of protective legal measures of state. Also it should be mentioned that significant improvement of education indicator among Iranian women is an issue which necessitates strategic management with taking to consideration other indicators of human development.

With changes in lifestyle and shift from infectious diseases to chronic diseases, the role of social factors in determining the level of health has become more evident, and the sociology of health has become the focus of sociological debates. The present paper aims to study the effect of social capital, relative sense of deprivation, and discrimination on people’s health. The research sample consisted of 384 individuals who were selected from among the Isfahan citizens using Cochran formula and two-stage cluster sampling method. The data was collected through survey questionnaires, reliability and validity of which were verified. The results of the study confirmed the primary hypothesis that social capital should affect the health of Isfahan citizens. Moreover, all four dimensions studied in the research showed significant relationship with health. The results of the multivariate analyses also indicated that among the analyzed variables, social trust, support, correlation, and cohesion collectively explained 0.231 of the dependent variable.

The empirical results for 30 provinces by totally fuzzy analysis, evaluate and show that West Azerbayjan, Kourdestan and Sistan & Balouchestan are in crises area. Due to this, with mentioning 3 sub indices and 9 variables that used in this research, proposed policies to decrease deprivation in such provinces have explained. The results of Pearson coloration coefficient, show that there is a significant relation between QOL and HDI that explain HDI is a good presenter for welfare; but because QOL encompasses more pervasive variables in, it is more universal. Results show that in spite of country studies, there isn’t significant correlation between human development index and income per capita, and also quality of life and income per capita.

Health is a dynamic concept with regard to physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions. All the ideas about spirituality can be summarized in two general approaches: (a) spirituality as a general concept of finding meaning; and (b) spirituality as approaching God/ divinity. No western approach accepts that man is supposed to be God’s representative on the earth. Therefore, the main research question is:what components make up spiritual health, based on Islamic teachings? The study is qualitative, and uses a librarymethod and scientific-religious approach. It uses exegesis of the Quran, Hadith and ethical books, Ganjineh-ye Ravayat-e Noor specialized software, complete volumes of Tafsir Noor, and Ahl-e Beit Library. The study identified the following as the components of spiritual health based on the teachings of Islam: Tawwakul, high opinion towards God, faith, attention to the satisfaction of God, pure motive, thanksgiving, modesty and humility, patience, virtue, justice, prayers, remembrance of God, repentance, thinking and reasoning, self-knowledge, and belief in life after death. It is necessary that the Health Care System and other related organizations consider institutionalizing and propagating these local concepts in their policies and strategies.

Health is one of the most fundamental elements of welfare and social health, as an aspect of man's health, depends more on social and economic factors than on medical interventions of physicians and nurses. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to study the relationship between social health and the way leisure time, as a social, economic and cultural factor, is spent. This study reports a panel survey with a random-multistage sampling method. The sample included 235 young people from Bostanabad in the age range of 15-29. The findings of the research revealed that social health in the research population was average and there was a statistically significant relationship and a direct positive correlation between satisfaction from leisure time (sig = 0.000) (r = 0.294), and spending leisure time on social (sig = 0.000) (r = 0.350) and practical-physical activities (sig = 0.004) (r = 118). The results show that satisfaction from leisure time and spending leisure time on social and practical-physical activities have a positive impact on people's social health.
