Multiple-criteria decision-making is one of the ways to increase certainty and comprehensiveness of information and to reduce the uncertainty arising from the judgments of the decision makers. One of the established criteria in decision-making matrix, for cases where there is lack of certainty, is the criterion of minimum regret. The present paper, focusing on the recruitment of academic staff, attempts to identify the options with minimum regret. In other words, by assigning priority to these options or selection criteria, we will have the least risk in our recruitment. Therefore, the major criteria in selection of academic staff were examined in a case study at University of Isfahan. In choosing options with minimum regret, nine major criteria were studied in three educational, social and research categories. The criteria were ranked using ELECTRE algorithm. The results of the analysis revealed that the options of educational conduct, educational records (including the university they graduated from or whether they were top student or not), and teaching ability are among the criteria with minimum regret if considered in making decision about the academic ability of the staff. In other words, these criteria are highly trustworthy in risk management, and the decision-makers will regret less when relying on these criteria.  }, keywords = {multiple-criteria decision-making,lack of certainty,the criteria of minimum regret,ELECTRE method}, title_fa = {بررسی شاخص های جذب اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه با استفاده از الگوریتم الکترا (ELECTRE)، دکتر سید مرتضی نوربخش، دکتر عادل سپهر}, abstract_fa = {به دلیل محدودیت قدرت ادراک انسان از جهان خارج و نیز محدودیت قدرت استدلال جامع و عمیق، وی با عدم حتمیت در رابطه با کفایت اطلاعات و عدم قطعیت در رابطه با جامعیت استنتاجات خود مواجه است. روش‌های تصمیمگیری چند معیاره روش‌هایی در جهت افزایش اطمینان و کاهش عدم قطعیت ناشی از قضاوتهای تصمیمگیرنده و جامعیت اطلاعات هستند. یکی از شاخصهای محاسبه شده در ماتریس تصمیم در شرایط عدم اطمینان، شاخص کمترین پشیمانی است. هدف از این مطالعه شناخت گزینههایی با کمترین پشیمانی در انتخاب اعضای هیئت علمی میباشد. به عبارت دیگر با اهمیت دادن به این گزینهها یا شاخصهای انتخابی با کمترین ریسک در جذب هیئت علمی مواجه خواهیم بود. بدین منظور، در قالب یک مطالعه موردی در دانشگاه اصفهان، گزینههای اصلی در گزینش علمی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ملاک ارزیابی و بررسی قرار گرفت. در انتخاب گزینههای کمترین پشیمانی، 9 شاخص (گزینه) کلیدی در سه گروه آموزشی، پژوهشی و اجتماعی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. امتیازدهی و رتبهبندی گزینهها با استفاده از الگوریتم الکترا[1] انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل بیانگر این مطلب است  که گزینههای اخلاق آموزشی، سوابق تحصیلی (اعم از دانشگاه فارغ التحصیلی، دانشآموخته رتبه برتر) و توانایی تدریس، شاخصهایی هستند که کمترین پشیمانی از مدنظر قرار دادن آنها در گزینش علمی افراد بدست میآید. به عبارتی این شاخص‌ها از اطمینان بالایی در مدیریت ریسک برخوردارند و تصمیم‌گیرندگان تاسف کم‌تری نسبت به انتخاب این شاخص‌ها به عنوان شاخص‌های اثرگذار خواهند خورد.}, keywords_fa = {تصمیم گیری چند معیاره,عدم قطعیت,شاخص کمترین پشیمانی,روش الکترا}, url = {https://qjsd.atu.ac.ir/article_3537.html}, eprint = {} }
