چکیده
امروزه در شهرها مدیریت و رهبری به عنوان ابزار برنامه­ریزان شهری در اتخاذ تصمیمات شهری که منجر به اقدامات درست شهری شود به طور چشم­گیری رو به افول نهاده است که می­توان نبود اعتماد و مشارکت در میان شهروندان و مدیران را از علل این امر دانست. هوش هیجانی می­تواند با ابعاد خود، خودآگاهی مدیران و انگیزش آن­ها را در کنترل  شهرها و در سطح خردتر آن یعنی محله­ها به انجام رساند و ارتباطی مناسب برای ایجاد و ارتقای سرمایه اجتماعی به وجود آورد تا بتواند هوش هیجانی را در سطح خردتر آن یعنی محلات پدیدار نماید. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط میان هوش هیجانی و سرمایه اجتماعی در محله­های شهر فردوسیه است. نوع تحقیق در این پژوهش کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی و تحلیلی از نوع رابطه­ای و مقایسه­ای است و برای این منظور از داده­های حاصل از پرسشنامه و مصاحبه و برداشت­های میدانی از دو روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی، آزمون همبستگی، جدول ماتریس همبستگی و آزمون واریانس)در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. جامعه آماری، شامل ساکنان شهر فردوسیه با جمعیت 30577 نفر است که تعداد 384 نفر از آن­ها با استفاده از آزمون کوکران در پنج محله به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شدند. بر اساس یافته­های پژوهش در میان هوش هیجانی و سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه­ای به میزان 670/0وجود دارد و به عبارتی می­توان گفت که در تمام محله­ها با هوش هیجانی بالا، میزان سرمایه اجتماعی بالا است. همچنین در تبیین ابعاد تشکیل دهنده سرمایه اجتماعی، مشارکت شهروندان با میزان 551/0 بیشترین همبستگی و انسجام اجتماعی با میزان 319/0 کمترین همبستگی را بر هوش هیجانی در محله­ها دارد.

Abstract
 Nowadays, in cities, management and leadership as a tool for urban planners to make urban decisions that lead to good urban actions is dramatically declining.  The lack of trust and participation among citizens and managers can be of the causes of this situation.
Emotional intelligence can, with its dimensions, lead the managers' self-awareness and their motivation to control the cities and, at a smaller level, the neighborhoods, and provide an appropriate link to create and promote social capital, in order to emerge emotional intelligence at its weaker level which is the neighborhoods.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and social capital in the in the neighborhoods of Ferdowsieh City. The type of research is applied and its method is descriptive and analytical comparative type.  For this purpose, the data was gathered through  questionnaire and interviews and field observations. descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, correlation test, the correlation matrix and variance tests were applied. The statistical population consisted of the residents of Ferdowsieh city with a population of 30577 people, 384 of them were considered as sample by using Cochran test in five neighborhoods..
According to research findings, there is a correlation of 0/670 between emotional intelligence and social capital. In other words, in all quarters with high emotional intelligence, the rate of social capital is high. Also, in explaining the dimensions of the social capital, the participation of citizens with the highest level of social cohesion (551/0 ) and social cohesion with the rate of 0.391 is the least correlation with emotional intelligence in the neighborhoods.
