The social health of individuals is one of the core of health assessment of different societies. The main purpose of this study is to explain the social and cultural factors affecting social health among the citizens of Kashan. The research method was survey and the research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of citizens aged 18-64 in Kashan. The sample size was 373 according to Cochran formula and non-probability-quota sampling method was used to obtain the research samples. The results show that the mean of three independent variables (social trust, feeling of hope, social vitality) and the dependent variable of research (social health) are higher than the average of the range studied, and the mean of cultural capital is lower than that. On the other hand, there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables of social trust, social vitality, hope, cultural capital and social health. The results of regression coefficient show that feeling of happiness has the greatest effect on social health. The results of path analysis also show that direct and indirect impacts on social health of Kashan citizens are respectively, Hope, Social trust and Cultural capital. In spite of the low impact of cultural capital, other social factors examined provide context for healthy social relationships and social health.

The present study seeks to measure social health and its different aspects among the youths living in the city of Malaayer, and investigate its relationship with hapiness among the paticipants. It employs a mixed approach in social health and hapiness as its theoretical framework, drawn from the characteristics of social health in Keyes, Larson and Durkheim views, the approaches of Veenhoven, Argile, Dyner, and the theory of hedonism. It is a developmental research using correlational and analytical methods. The population of the study is comprised of four hundred 18-30-year-old youths living in Malaayer, selected based on random cluster sampling. According to the findings of the study, the extent of social health among the youth is evaluated as medium and upwards (40.44). The level of hapiness is also calculated as medium (44.26). The findings also indicate a correlation of moderate degree (24.0) between the variables of social hapiness and social health.

Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to study the relationship between social health and the way leisure time, as a social, economic and cultural factor, is spent. This study reports a panel survey with a random-multistage sampling method. The sample included 235 young people from Bostanabad in the age range of 15-29. The findings of the research revealed that social health in the research population was average and there was a statistically significant relationship and a direct positive correlation between satisfaction from leisure time (sig = 0.000) (r = 0.294), and spending leisure time on social (sig = 0.000) (r = 0.350) and practical-physical activities (sig = 0.004) (r = 118). The results show that satisfaction from leisure time and spending leisure time on social and practical-physical activities have a positive impact on people's social health.
