This article is intended to analyze the attitude of young elites towards social order and order, based on the observance of the golden rule. The main approach in this article is the integrated and multidimensional theory of social order; Because it deals with the in-depth communication of the central points of educational and moral theories and avoids conventional reductionism. The study is quasi-longitudinal in three years; And the method of conducting research, according to the facilities and nature of the research, is the integrated field method. The research sample, according to accessibility, includes elite elite youth in SAMPAD. These results show that the tendency of young elites to observe ethics and social considerations has increased significantly over the past three years. The results of multivariate regression analysis with six different models suggest that populist space, as well as national identity and populist commitment, are very important in strengthening the desire of young elites to observe social considerations. Models point to the role of the school in this, and argue that, regardless of the development of educational programs to strengthen populism, the moral upbringing of the elite is possible. Quantitative and qualitative research results emphasize that the moral inclination of young elites, regardless of the impact of educational conditions reflected in the models; It's very critical; And it needs special attention from those in charge.

One of the most important issues in the cultural and social field is performance appraisal. Because the nature of cultural and social activities is intangible and intertwined with abstraction, it is inherently difficult to evaluate its results and effects. Defining this issue in a bureaucratic context such as Tehran Municipality is associated with double difficulty in the field of implementation. The effectiveness of cultural and social activities in Tehran Municipality with other missions of this executive body such as municipal services, technical and civil services and the like, according to existing experiences has weakened the cultural and social field and labeled inefficient activities in this field. Due to this fact, the present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the quality of services of the cultural and social deputy of Tehran Municipality in the field of culture and art and its impact on citizens' satisfaction. The research method is a descriptive-survey research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. In line with the purpose of the research, after extracting the effective factors in the quality of services of the cultural and social deputy of Tehran Municipality, a questionnaire was prepared using the literature.

Today, Media define the level, the method, and the sequence of receiving the information on the events happening all over the world. Naturally, each media targets at particular audiences and sophisticated media regard the members of high political, economic, and cultural level as their audiences. This provides the media with a special power, adding to the importance of studies conducted in this field. This paper studies, compares and analyses the coverage of the trip to New Yorrk taken by President Ahmadinejad in August, 2008, in the newspapers of "Etemad", "New York Times", and "Washington Post". All the articles written on the subject in these three newspapers, three days before to three days after the president's trip were collected, analyzed and compared using content analysis, and images depicted in these newspapers were studied. Findings of the research showed significant differences between the images given in these newspapers. While New York Times and Washington Post introduce Ahmadinejad as a counter-Jewish, authoritarian, violating Human Rights, supporting terrorism, and militant (looking for nuclear weapons), "Iran" depicted him as a noble, brave, clever and reasonable hero, and in general, as a qualified successful representative of Iran. "Etemad" also has given a relatively positive picture of him. However, findings show that the performances of Iran and Washington Post are better directed than that of Etemad and New York Times. On the other hand, findings of this research are in agreement with the findings of previous researches, indicating that in international news coverage, newspapers follow and reflect foreign policies of the country in which they are published. However, this study showed that the newspapers of "Etemad" and "New York Times" acted more independently, comparing to "Iran" and "Washington Post". In addition, total differences are observed in the performance of the criticizing newspapers of Iran and the United States of America, which are discussed at the final section of this article.

The type of research is applied and its method is descriptive and analytical comparative type. For this purpose, the data was gathered through questionnaire and interviews and field observations. descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, correlation test, the correlation matrix and variance tests were applied. The statistical population consisted of the residents of Ferdowsieh city with a population of 30577 people, 384 of them were considered as sample by using Cochran test in five neighborhoods..
According to research findings, there is a correlation of 0/670 between emotional intelligence and social capital. In other words, in all quarters with high emotional intelligence, the rate of social capital is high. Also, in explaining the dimensions of the social capital, the participation of citizens with the highest level of social cohesion (551/0 ) and social cohesion with the rate of 0.391 is the least correlation with emotional intelligence in the neighborhoods.

Based on Ester Boserup’s theory of development, this research is an attempt to answer the question “Can technology empower the rural female rice farmers?” To answer this question, a qualitative research was designed and different generations of women were observed in a 15-year period. The changes in women’s activities, opportunities, and resources were observed and analyzed. Technology seemed to reduce women’s roles and marginalize them, impeding their access to financial resources. The observations were indicative of the difference in the type of tools used by men and women as well as their roles. In the process of development and upon the introduction of technology to some regions, men had taken the roles previously assigned to women. A decrease in women’s activities has restricted their control over the sources of economic power, including the ownership of rice, land, and trade of products. A change of roles has made the women mere homemakers and has restricted their social relations only with women on a local level.

In the ontology of the Islamic economic system not only capital and the capital owner have a main role in realizing the advanced Islamic society, but also human, is thought to be the main factor in preparing the ground for economic development of the Islamic society. Developing and exploiting democratic economy models changes people to the people in Islamic perspective who make economically developed society in Islamic perspective possible. Democratic economy models have different capabilities in creating economically developed society, therefore models with more capabilities have priority.

Historically, social work began in the form of services for people with a disability. The aim of this research is to study social services for children with mental disability (focusing on Down syndrome) and how doctors and practitioners treat their parents in Tehran. The sample consisted of 170 mothers of children with DS, who experienced the difficulties of raising their children.
Findings revealed that the majority of the mothers had very unpleasant experiences of how doctors treated them. So that they were disappointed with negative attitudes of doctors and practitioners. The majority of mothers believed that their children were in need of rehabilitation services but governmental centers have long waiting list and private centers are very expensive.
This research suggests that if the Ministry of Health takes the responsibility of protecting DS children by providing social and rehabilitation services, it will help families to have better social adjustment.

Solving social problems requires understanding that problem. Moreover presentation of any kinds of strategy to figure out the issue of poverty necessitates recognition. Due to this argument, researchers in this article try, first of all, to study the trend of poverty in Iran so as to attain a general understanding of the trend. To do so, the main approach of this study is library research in which accessible documents on situation of poverty in Iran were studied. Then researchers tried to study the documents so that the amount of changes in poverty can be recognized. Furthermore while there is an attempt to provide the newest theories suggested for poverty eradication, authors evaluates the effectiveness of the plans designed to eradicate the poverty in Iran and found the limitation of these plans. Findings show that most of texts indicate a great growth of poverty. Also because of lack of understanding poverty by itself, the proposed plans for eradicating it have not been successful in Iran.

The problem of street kids is one of the most important social issues of today in Iran. Despite all strategies and measures taken to solve this problem, an increase in the population of this group of kids can be seen, showing that more attention should be paid to this matter. In this article we will consider street kids’ experience with welfare organizations’ interventions. This article applies the qualitative approach and utilizes interviews for a better feedback. The results of the study show that street kids have different experiences regarding the welfare interventions, mostly seeing this organization as a barrier to their peace and safety, rather than a provider of them. This study shows that there is a significant difference between the welfare organizations’ objectives and the children’s priorities; also there is a huge difference between these organizations’ function and children’s interpretations, leading to an inverse reading by children of these organizations’ functionality. This research shows that the officials of these organizations must be better educated, and more supervision is needed as well. Meanwhile priorities must be set according to children and their needs.
