Abstract

The purpose of this article is the relationship between cultural capital and a healthy lifestyle. Methodologically, a quantitative approach based on the survey method based on a standard questionnaire was collected among 400 women aged 20 to 48 years in Damghan in the form of simple random cluster sampling of the findings. 0) and cultural capital (0.800) and the degree of convergence validity of the dependent variable (0.409) and the independent variable equal to (0.474) have been obtained and descriptive and inferential statistical methods based on SPSS software. Analyzed. The results indicate that the mean status of the variables was moderately high. Among the dimensions of health-oriented lifestyle (interpersonal relationships) and among the variables of cultural capital (normative capital) were more important. Based on the results of Pearson correlation. (0.571) The relationship between the main variables of average, positive and significant and the hypothetical relationship between the components of objectified capital (0.452) and embodied (0.4277) with a significant dependent variable with moderate intensity and the assumed relationship of the component Regulated capital (0.225) with the mentioned variable was significant with weak intensity. Based on the beta results of regression, most betas (cultural capital, objectified capital, embodied capital, standardized capital, etc.) with a correlation coefficient (0.527) were able to explain about 32% of the changes in the health-oriented lifestyle variable.
