To collect information were used from the questionnaire technique and for statistical analysis, correlation test and structural equation modeling. Findings indicate that the dimensions of social development have a significant relationship among citizens on traditional and modern family values. Of course, the impact of the dimensions of social development is not the same among citizens on traditional and modern family values. But the dimensions of social development (quality of life, social security, social harmony and development ethics) among citizens have not had a significant relationship on postmodern family values. Therefore, despite observing the relationship between the dimensions of social development and traditional and modern family values, are not observed in relation to it postmodern family values, which if we do not pay attention to the dimensions, we will see the prevalence of postmodern family values.

This study has investigated the relationship between population aging and social development in the Islamic world. Research indicators include 49 indicators of social development. The type of research is applied and the method of its study is "descriptive-analytical". The data and information studied have been collected through documents and libraries. Although the number of young countries in the Islamic world is much higher than the elderly and middle-aged countries, but the percentage of middle-aged and elderly population is higher. This is because most of the elderly and middle-aged countries are the most populous countries in the Islamic world. Social development indicators show that Qatar has the best situation in terms of these indicators among Islamic countries. In the next place is the United Arab Emirates and finally in the third place is Iran. The classification of countries based on the spatial correlation coefficient indicates that the UAE and Saudi Arabia are in the first category (high aging and high social development) and the African countries of Guinea-Somalia-Chad are in the fourth category (low aging and low social development. In most fourth-class countries, the fragile structure of economic foundations has not allowed their economic and social development.

The last quarter of the 20th century coincided with cultural turn, post-modernism and post- structuralism, both in social reality and in social analysis. This "turn" not only reveals increasing importance of culture in human life and in the humanities and social sciences, but a better and deeper understanding of the role and power of culture in various arenas of human life and social theorizing, what had been overwhelmed for a long time by the economic factor. In this paper we have attempted in, first, discussing the importance of the development of culture and cultural development, and its various aspects and dimensions. Second, utilizing the recent studies about the role of culture in economic, social and political development, we explored the fact that continuous and enduring development of different aspects of societies without development of their indigenous culture neither is possible, nor it may lead to self- realization and accomplishment of human beings. We concluded that in Iran, for the development of various aspects of the society, it is necessary that such development be based on indigenous Iranian-Islamic culture. In other words, the developmental efforts in Iran must be culturally based in order to succeed.

The stage of development of a society shows the society's historical period and overall social, cultural, economic and political conditions at various levels of macro (system), meso (institutions and organizations) and micro (actors) scales. Despite strengths and capabilities of development, it brings about problems and difficulties that may cause disorder and instability. Such disorder and insatiability are observed more in countries that their development process is affected by foreign models and theoretical paradigms. More notably, these disorders appear in social sphere, due to negligence of social development. This article discusses insatiability and difficulties that occur in social sphere in the light of the new development discourses, such as post colonialism, post development and alternative developments, as well as practical experiences and implications of policies and development programs. The essential assumption of this article is that the social consideration and consequently social development issues are usually overlooked, so that social development issues- from a theoretical point of view- are simply reduced to social welfare. Also in policymaking it is limited to providing welfare and utilities for satisfying basic needs.

The present study seeks to measure social health and its different aspects among the youths living in the city of Malaayer, and investigate its relationship with hapiness among the paticipants. It employs a mixed approach in social health and hapiness as its theoretical framework, drawn from the characteristics of social health in Keyes, Larson and Durkheim views, the approaches of Veenhoven, Argile, Dyner, and the theory of hedonism. It is a developmental research using correlational and analytical methods. The population of the study is comprised of four hundred 18-30-year-old youths living in Malaayer, selected based on random cluster sampling. According to the findings of the study, the extent of social health among the youth is evaluated as medium and upwards (40.44). The level of hapiness is also calculated as medium (44.26). The findings also indicate a correlation of moderate degree (24.0) between the variables of social hapiness and social health.
