Abstract

Work culture based on Islamic perspective in the field of small and medium enterprises is one of the most important ways to get rid of countries, especially underdeveloped countries from economic problems. In the present era, without a work culture based on the Islamic perspective, one can not expect social entrepreneurial activities. In this changing environment, in order to improve entrepreneurial attitudes at the community level should be achieved . This study aimed to design a work culture model based on the Islamic perspective for social entrepreneurship in the environment organization. In this descriptive-survey study, a group of experts familiar with the theories of work culture based on Islamic perspective and social entrepreneurship were selected selectively and other group, including all employees with expert and high organizational rank in the environment organization in 31 provinces and according to Cochran's formula, 400 were selected. A questionnaire was used to collect data. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics and software were used. There was a significant relationship between work culture based on Islamic perspective and social entrepreneurship in the environment organization. There was a significant relationship between individual, organizational, social, environmental and technological factors of work culture and social entrepreneurship in the country's environmental organization.
