Abstract
. The development of higher education centers has created demand and competition for women in various fields; Women in the university are facing the evolution of multiple perspectives and identities, identities that are constantly being reconsidered and critically revised. The purpose of this research is future research and scenario planning of the evolution of women's social identity in the university institution using the method of cross-effects analysis and CIB. The results of the research are related to the year 1400 and the future horizon is the year 1420. In the first stage, the author asked 18 experts in the field of social sciences, psychology and educational sciences. Scores were entered in the cross matrix to measure the effectiveness of each variable. Bivariate variables were analyzed in Mic Mac software as inputs to Scenario Wizard software, and 3 compatible scenarios were obtained. The important drivers of the research are the emergence of women's liberation movements, criticism of traditional identity, awareness of the position of women in society, the destruction of men's established authority, the collapse of traditional identity, self-definition in a new environment and forgetting the past, new values and ideals. , unstable and fragile identity, awareness of social and human rights, confusion in identity, showing identity outside the home, lack of trust in men and creative mentality and freedom in choosing identity,
