Abstract

The present research tries to obtain a deep and detailed understanding of the lived experience of the Kolbers and their understanding of this phenomenon by using the qualitative approach and based on the narratives based on the lived experience of the Kolbers. To enter the study field, the method of interpretive phenomenology was used and to collect data, the in-depth interview technique was used in a semi-structured manner. Samples were selected through purposive sampling method with maximum variety and finally 28 participants were interviewed and the collected data were coded and analyzed in the form of 12 central categories. The results of the research show that the lived experience of Kolbars includes themes such as lived humiliation, hostility, alienation, endless fear, endless suffering, job aversion, lack of welfare, Sisyphean economy, economic-political apartheid, physical-spiritual depreciation, business life with bread and daily confrontation death with life. These themes indicate the fact that the experience of being a kolbari is accompanied by suffering and exhaustion (Physical depreciation), the decline and degeneration of lived human relationships (death of lived relationships), the disappearance of the day from life, and a different understanding of time (meaninglessness of time), and living in an atmosphere overshadowed by death (a dead-like lived space). This means that Kolberi alone does not include the experience of carrying goods in harsh and difficult mountain conditions,
