Scientific spirit with its components such as curiosity, extent of deliberation, deep-thinking, foresight, the spirit of tolerance, divergent and creative thinking, is among the most important university assets which are acquisitive through training. Using survey method and questionnaire, this study examines factors which have influence on student’s scientific spirit. The method of sampling in this study is the method of appropriate category; based on Cochron pattern, 338 individuals are chosen as our sample. The findings of the research showed that the variables such as the field of study and interest in it, professor- student relations, and the attitude of other people towards student's field of study are highly influential on the scientific spirit of university students. It also became clear that the university’s support of scientific-research activities and the levels of educational facilities do not affect the scientific spirit of the students.

In recent decades, intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship play an important role in the global economy. Entrepreneurship organizations are for economic growth and their efforts for gaining competitive advantage leads them more toward the knowledge assets such as intellectual capital. A Relatively new viewpoint has proposed that entrepreneurship reflects a process of acquisition, integration and use of knowledge. Hence, the goal of this research is the empirically study of the role of intellectual capital and in creating organizational entrepreneurship, so, dimensions of the role of intellectual, structural, human and social capitals in creation of entrepreneurship are determined. As a descriptive-study, this research investigates correlation via questionnaire. The statistical society is comprised of employees of the Cooperation Office of Tehran province. For data analysis the simple and multiple regression and Friedman test were used. Results showed that in support of new viewpoint, intellectual capital affects organizational entrepreneurship and among its three other elements, human capital has the most effect than other elements.

This research investigates the extent of social capital and its indices among teachers in Ilam province. The Social capital indices which is developed and referred to in this study were social trust, social norms and social networks drawn from the study of the current literature and the social capital theories. The research method used was survey. Stratified proportional to size sampling was used to select 350 teachers for the study. SPSS and Lisrel softwares were run to analyze the data. The statistical techniques applied for the analysis of the data were independent T. Test, One-way ANOVA , Scheffee Test and Correlation Coefficient . The findings of the study show that in a 5 point likert scale questionnaire ,the participants’ social capital was 2.9 ,their social trust was 3.2,the social norms was 2.8 and the social networks was 2.7.The average of the extent of the indices measured in the study was higher among teachers at primary school compared with their junior high school and high school counterparts. The analysis of the data testing the hypotheses of the study, further showed that there is a significant difference between the extent of the indices measured in the study among teachers at primary school and their junior high school and high school counterparts. The results also revealed that there is a significant difference between male and female participants of the study and the average extent of the social capital was higher among female teachers than the male teachers. The relationship among age, education degree and social capital was found to be significant.

This research aims at studying the relation between the amount of teachers’ social capital and their level of work alienation. The research is applied-descriptive and has been conducted with survey method. The sample population includes only 10442 teachers of elementary school in Tehran, out of them 374 ones were selected by two-stage cluster sampling. For assessment of social capital, Bullen & Onyx questionnaire was used and for work alienation, the research has utilized Ganster &Dwyer questionnaire respectively. Analyzing obtained data, Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient confirmed the reliability of questionnaire as well. The independent variable of this research is social capital and dependent variable is work alienation, while other variables such as gender, age, marital status, work experience, completion of in-service training course, and income were studied in this research. The obtained results demonstrate significant correlation between social capital and work alienation. Moreover among the ground variables, the acquired results from analysis of the data showed that all variables of the research except age had meaningful relation with work alienation.

This study aiming to compare the social issues of Iran and Tajikistan, has been the result of exploratory study and field work. Considering the cultural & social similarities between the two countries, the study has been trying to make a list (38items),with the use of resources (some resources are listed at the bottom) , the primary documents and interviews .At first this list was available for 50 experts of Iran in the field of humanities and 48 experts of tajikestan ,to identify the most important social problems of each the countries .After identifying the most important social problems of two countries from the viewpoint of experts, the 12most important problems of two countries was presented in questionnaire form for 400 person from Iranian & also Tajikestani people ,So that they could have access on what they considered as important social issues. The findings indicate that in contrast to the problems of the two countries in matters of marriage, and immigration of scholars. But other than that there aren’t much commonalities between the two countries, they share a limited especially the issue of labor migration in Tajikestan abroad & social crime- the crime was expressed by people and the experts in Tajikestan. Although recently in Iran, social crime especially violent crime increased, limitations & lack of freedom is more important than social crime in the viewpoint of people & experts. Chiefly this is considered an important social issue.
