Factors Affecting the Age of Youth Marriage in Tehran Ardeshir Entezari[1] , Ahmad Ghiyasvand[2] , Fatemeh Abbasi[3] Received: 7/6/2017 Accepted: 26/2/2018 Abstract The structural and functional status of the family in Iran is changing. One of the important changes is the increase in the age of marriage of young people. It is important to study this change as an indicator for postponing family formation. In this study, in order to explain the age of marriage of young people, in spite of the social, economic and cultural factors of the society, the choosing spouse space is discussed.. In order to derive research hypotheses the second transitional theory of demography, the cultural transformation of Inglehart, modernization, and the space of choosing spouse has been used. The research method is survey and its population is all young people during marriage in Tehran (1394). A multi-stage sampling method was used and the sample size was estimated at 379. The results show that the socioeconomic status of the girl's family with a coefficient of 0.41, socioeconomic status of young girls with a coefficient of 0.25, lack of access to the space of choosing spouse with a coefficient of 0.19 has the greatest impact on the increase of girls' marriage age. Also, the socioeconomic level of boys with a factor directly affects the increase in their marriage age. In other words, the higher the level of education, income and job status of boys, the age of their marriage increases. [1]. Abstract
Energy has always played an essential role in human life. In the current situation, due to the increasing number of consumers and the changing lifestyles of individuals and the need for faster access to consumer needs because of time constraints, the society has always faced the danger of waste and reduced resources and the concern to improve and optimize consumption patterns of people in the community .Among energy carriers, electricity is especially important due to its high benefits and increasing demand. The present study uses a qualitative method based on the fundamental theory approach to study the habits of urban power consumption. Based on the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation criterion, 56 residents of district 5 of Tehran were interviewed. During the data encoding process from 631 data, 173 concepts, 24 categories of items and 6 major categories were constructed and finally the main category of "the habits of urban household energy consumption" was extracted. Research findings show that on the individual level, factors such as comfort, lack of individual responsibility, distrust, low awareness and at the mid-level the habit and daily routine and at macro level, the technological developments and energy policies on unsustainable consumption of energy and its continuity in the form of consumption habits effect the families..

Abstract
By introducing sustainable development indicators by the United Nations, in addition to the importance of quantitative economic variables, emphasis was placed on the qualitative aspects of human life such as education and employment, and it was argued that the strengthening and development of abilities, skills And human capabilities reduce the risk of unemployment and, as a result, the socioeconomic situation moves towards sustainable development. The main objective of present study is to investigate the proportionate and disproportionate growth rate of employment in Lorestan province of Iran during the period of 2001-2011, compared to the rest of the county (Reference Sector) at national level, using Shift-Share and Location Quotient models. The measured Location Quotient (LQ) coefficients, show that from the viewpoint of employment rate and its share in different economic sectors, the agricultural sector still remains to be a basic and fundamental sector compared to other sectors of industry and services, towards achieving sustainable development objectives in Lorestan. It is necessary to activate a significant amount of demand for employment in the province by activating regional capabilities and implementing development programs tailored to business conditions. At the same time, the skill-oriented training system of the labor force supply side should also be regulated according to the labour demand market.
Key words: Employment, relative advantage, shift share analysis, location Quotient.

Abstract
The present paper seeks to study the qualitative aspects of the sociological dimensions and characteristics of the entrepreneurial action of women who are the creator of the handicrafts brands. In this article, we seek to answer the general question of how female do entrepreneurial acts in the field of handicraft brands, and what are their dimensions and characteristics?
According to the conventional understanding, women entrepreneurship is considered to be an answer to the limits of the formal labor market or to the exclusion of private secrecy and is considered the best choice to strike a balance between traditional roles and modern roles.
Based on this conventional understanding, women have turned to informal sectors and home-based job markets because they have not been able to enter the formal job market and the formal employment sector. In this perspective, women are considered to be people who are economically dependent and only work for living expenses or earning more money. Although the authors of this article generally do not confront with the aforementioned understanding, however, comprehensive interviews with 40 women entrepreneurs in the field of handicrafts shows that their narratives include other important concepts. Women consider the formal labor market to be glamorous, inflexible, uniform, and submissive. Theses interviews show that women are not the ones who have not been able to work at official market, but they are seeking to go beyond the existing formal structures and stepping into a new and innovative way.

Abstract
No doubt citizenship is a key indicator for modern societies, and more importantly, citizenship has a wide range of civil, political and social rights and duties that can emerge in the city. Citizenship formulation in Iran can be seen at two levels: "Citizen National " and " Urban Citizen". In fact, the urban citizen's bias towards the desirability of enjoying various urban services, equality in public opportunities, and the utilization of urban amenities and prosperity, accompanied by a set of responsibilities, people's propensity to engage in commitments and engage in city affairs."Urban Citizen" is based on two main dimensions of "Citizenship Rights" and "Citizenship Duties", which is considered in this study among the citizens of Tehran. The method of this survey was questionnaire technique. For this purpose, 2400 people aged 15 years and over in different parts of Tehran were selected using multi-stage sampling method. The results show that 35% of the population in Tehran have a low level of citizenship, and in contrast to 19% it has been high. Also, women in Tehran are more likely than citizens to observe citizenship, single, less than married, individuals Without a spouse, as well as people aged 15 to 24, compared with other age groups, they are less likely to observe citizenship duties. As many years have lived in Tehran, they feel more committed and more committed to citizenship. Therefore, it is understandable that in the urban area, the rights and duties of assignments can not be distributed equally among social groups, and this should be taken into account in urban policy and planning..

Human development studies of women and gender: Meta-synthesis of women human development studies Ali Kazemi, Kamal Khaleghpanah, Akhtar Jelivand Receive:23/9/2016 Accept:6/3/2018 Abstract The concept of development as a theoretical and practical project is part of personal and social life. Analyzing and revising developmental studies is indispensable for the continuation of the development project. This paper, in the form of a qualitative meta-synthesis, looks at human development studies in the field of women. The purpose is to reformulate the thematic and epistemological formulation governing the studies of human development of women. In this regard, while analyzing theories about women, gender and development, we will try to examine the position of women's human development studies in the history of theoretical studies of development, women and gender. Meta-synthesis is the assessment method of qualitative studies with the aim of identifying the topical and theoretical formulations of a particular field of study. Meta-synthesis is a critique of cognitive, theoretical, and cultural studies of a specific area to provide a multidimensional understanding of experiences, practices, and institutions and issues. The aim of meta-synthesis is interpretative rather than inductive. This study in the field of women's development studies was followed by the question of how the theoretical relationship of development, women and gender was formulated. To do this, we analyzed qualitative articles published in the journal of Women's Quarterly on Development and Politics during the years 1380- 1392 .The conclusion of the paper is that the policies of women's human development studies are in the context of the biological definition of women, and the discussion of the historical, structural, and ideological contexts of women's empowerment and abilities and limitations are absent from the mentioned studies. Keywords: Development studies, human development, gender, women without gender.
