The process of creating a business in the new world is one of the focal points for creating micro and medium economic development. In fact, the importance of creating a platform to create a suitable environment for business growth is one of the concerns of today in the field of entrepreneurship. In the meantime, the business creation team or in other words, the founding team is of special importance and its study can show the variables that cause the success or failure of a business. Thinkers in various fields have repeatedly noted the importance of culture in entrepreneurship, but it seems that this direct impact should be more carefully studied about the founding team and the cultural characteristics that can underlie business development. The element of culture should be actively present in the patterns of entrepreneurship, because the attitude of entrepreneurs is influenced by the methods and values of indigenous culture. In the approaches of entrepreneurship and job creation and its effectiveness in the process of development and progress of societies, continuous and rapid change and transformation in development programs is considered one of the most important and necessary all-round human life. Therefore, in order to achieve the goals of the research subject, to investigate the entrepreneurial approach to the field of employment in the fourth and fifth development plans and the degree of realization, through questionnaires and interviews with experts and officials of government organizations and ministries that have the most control over the fourth and fifth development plans. Assigning “Microfinance’’ is one of the favorite strategies of scholars and politicians to liquidate poverty and reduce unemployment in different countries. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Government’s Microfinance on the Rural Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Employment in Javanrud. The present study is of an applied and descriptive-analytical nature in terms of nature and purpose.The research population consists of all rural people in Javanrud who have used government funds from the Karafariniomid Fund and the Agricultural Bank between 2006-2017 years(N:921). The main research tool was a questionnaire. The results of micro-credit regression analysis on the variables examined, with the coefficients 0.737, 0.336, 0.217 shows that micro-credit has been effected respectively on the economic dimension in the first rank, and the social, cultural aspect on the second rank also on the physical aspect on the third rank. Research findings also show that there is a positive and meaningful correlation between the government's micro-credit and sustainable rural development. In fact, the government’s micro-credit at the level of 95% of reliability has been playing an important role in creating entrepreneurship and sustainable employment and ultimatelysu stainable rural development

A descriptive ex-post facto research method was implied. The population compossed the graduate students in the master's program in University of Tehran, Allameh Tabataba’i, Mohaghegh Ardabili and Shahid Beheshti university in academic year 2014-2015. Through simple random sampling and based on Kregci-Morgan table 377 students were selected as the participants with the error α=0/ served. The instruments for data collection included two questionnaires, one on Virtual Social Networks (reliability α=0.66), and the other on entrepreneurial Capabilities (reliability α=0.88) in five subscales. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts in the field. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS software, version 21 [1]. Entrepreneurship Status in the Iranian Press Habib Babaei[1] Received: 7/5/2016 Accepted: 21/2/2017 Abstract This research tries to answer this question: what is the position of Entrepreneurship in the Iranian press? It is an applied research which uses mixed method. Through purposive sampling, 220 issue of press issue with high circulation were surveyed. Also documentary method and deep content analysis were implied in theoretical and practical parts of the research. Data analysis phase uses both descriptive and deductive statistics by M.R.P software. The findings of this study show that entrepreneurship contents do not have proper situations in the press and on average, only 5 percent of the content and the volume of press is devoted to entrepreneurship. They have reflected entrepreneurship events, but have not paid any attention to the educational role and important issue such as entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial skills, women Entrepreneurship, rural Entrepreneurship, and organizational entrepreneurship. And reflection of entrepreneurship activity in economic press such as the Bazaar-e-kar and Donyaye Eghtesad Newspaper is relatively in good social press such as Hamshshri and Jam-e- jam Newspapers had considered to this matter. Also based on these results, after naming 27 July as Entrepreneurship day of the press paid little attention to this issue. In recent decades, intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship play an important role in the global economy. Entrepreneurship organizations are for economic growth and their efforts for gaining competitive advantage leads them more toward the knowledge assets such as intellectual capital. A Relatively new viewpoint has proposed that entrepreneurship reflects a process of acquisition, integration and use of knowledge. Hence, the goal of this research is the empirically study of the role of intellectual capital and in creating organizational entrepreneurship, so, dimensions of the role of intellectual, structural, human and social capitals in creation of entrepreneurship are determined. As a descriptive-study, this research investigates correlation via questionnaire. The statistical society is comprised of employees of the Cooperation Office of Tehran province. For data analysis the simple and multiple regression and Friedman test were used. Results showed that in support of new viewpoint, intellectual capital affects organizational entrepreneurship and among its three other elements, human capital has the most effect than other elements.

The present research aims to investigate the relationship between the family social capital rate and the entrepreneurial characteristics of the people participating in short-term entrepreneurship training courses in different districts of Tehran in 2010. Based on Cochran's sample size formula and using simple random sampling method, 201 subjects were selected from among 2010 people. This was a survey study, and the data was collected using a questionnaireconsisting of standard items about the research dependent variableas well as some standardized researcher-made items on the variable offamilysocial capital along with otherindependentvariables. The entrepreneurial dimensions in people’s personality which were focused in this research included moderate risk taking, control center, the need to success, intellectual health, practicality, ambiguity tolerance, day-dreaming, and challenge seeking. The results indicated that family social capital had a significant positive relationship with the research dependent variable, i.e. entrepreneur personality. There was also a significant positive relationship between this variable and seven out of eight entrepreneurial dimensions in the personality of children. However, it showed no significant relationship with practicality rate in the personality of children.
