چکیده
زمینه: نظریه شهروندی فرهنگی ناظر و متکی بر واقعیت های متعدد اجتماعی است که می‌توان آنها را " ابعاد فرهنگی شهروندی " نیز دانست.
هدف:پژوهش حاضر با هدف فراترکیب واکاوی پیشران های شهروندفرهنگی درحوزه خدماتی بارویکرد فراترکیب انجام شده است.
روش:با استفاده از تکنیک فرا ترکیب،یافته های مطالعات داخلی و خارجی مرتبط به صورت نظام مند با روش هفت مرحله ای ساندولوسکی و بارسو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. از 130 مقاله جستجو شده در این حیطه، 46 مقاله منتخب که براساس آن 68 عامل شناسایی و استخراج شد.
یافته: به منظور تحلیل مقالات منتخب، مفاهیم تشکیل دهنده، ابعاد و مولفه‌های تاثیر گذار، از روش تحلیل محتوا و شاخص کاپا، maxqda استفاده شد. در پایان یافته‌های پژوهش در قالب 12 مقوله شامل: فرهنگی/ اجتماعی، مسئولیت پذیری، مشارکت شهروندی، هویت شهروندی، اعتماد بین شخصی، توسعه رسانه ها، پیروی از قانون، گرایش به پایبندی به قوانین، مسئولیت اجتماعی و فرهنگی،وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی، گرایشات فرهنگی، پذیرش سرمایه فرهنگی دسته‌بندی ارائه شد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج برگرفته از تحقیق بیان می شود تا با در نظرگرفتن هریک از پیشران های شهروند فرهنگی و فراهم سازی زیر ساخت های لازم جهت پیاده سازی آن، در جهت ارتقای خدمات ارائه شده گام مثبت برداشته شود.

Background: Cultural citizenship theory oversees and relies on multiple social realities that can also be considered "cultural dimensions of citizenship."
Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of transcending the scores of cultural citizens in the service area beyond the complex.
Method: Using cross-compounding technique, the findings of related internal and external studies were systematically investigated by seven-step Sandoloski and Barso methods. Of the 130 articles searched in this area, 46 selected articles, according to which 68 factors were identified and extracted.
Findings: In order to analyze the selected articles, constituent concepts, dimensions and influential components, the content analysis method and the Kappa index, maxqda, were used. At the end of the research findings in the form of 12 categories including: cultural / social, responsibility, citizen participation, citizenship identity, interpersonal trust, media development, following the law, tendency to adhere to laws, social and cultural responsibility, economic situation And social, cultural tendencies, acceptance of cultural capital, classification were presented.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, it is stated that taking into account each of the drivers of the cultural citizen and providing the necessary infrastructure for its implementation, a positive step should be taken to improve the services provided.
