چکیده

شهر شاد راهکاری ارائه شده از سوی چارلز مونتگمری است که می‌تواند به عنوان رویکردی مناسب برای حل چالش‌های افسردگی و نبود شادی در شهرها استفاده شود. هدف این مقاله، شناسایی عوامل و مؤلفه های مؤثر بر شهر شاد در شهر بابل است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی - تحلیلی و از نظر روش پژوهش مورد استفاده از نوع روش‌های ترکیبی است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش برای شناسایی عوامل و مؤلفه های شهر شاد با مطالعۀ منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و روش دلفی فازی به دست آمده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را متخصصان علوم شهری در شهر بابل تشکیل می‌دهند و با استفاده از روش قضاوتی و در دسترس 28 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد نظر انتخاب شده اند. ابتدا با مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی 5 عامل کالبدی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و مدیریتی به همراه 54 مؤلفه مؤثر بر شهر شاد شناسایی شده است. سپس با روش دلفی فازی دو مرحله ای، 42 مؤلفه مؤثر بر شهر شاد در شهر بابل مورد تأیید متخصصان قرار گرفته است. مطابق نتایج دلفی فازی، مؤلفه مبلمان و المان های هنری شهری بیشترین و مؤلفه رضایت از مالکیت خودرو کمترین تأثیر را بر شهر شاد در شهر بابل دارند. همچنین عامل های کالبدی و اجتماعی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تأثیر را بر شهر شاد در شهر بابل دارند.

چکیده [English]

Happy City is a solution proposed by Charles Montgomery that can be used as a suitable approach to solve the challenges of depression and lack of happiness in cities. This article aims is identify the factors and components affecting the happy city in Babol city. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature and combined methods are used in terms of research method. The information required for the study to identify the factors and components of a happy city was obtained by studying library and documentary sources and the fuzzy Delphi method. The statistical population of the study consists of urban science specialists and 28 people have been selected as the sample using the judgmental and available method. First, with library and documentary studies, 5 physical, economical, social, environmental and managerial factors have been identified along with 54 components affecting the happy city. Then, with the two-step fuzzy Delphi method, 42 components affecting the happy city in Babol city have been approved by experts. According to the results of Fuzzy Delphi, the component of urban furniture and artistic elements has the highest and the satisfaction of car ownership has the lowest impact on the happy city in Babol city. Also, physical and social factors respectively have the highest and lowest impact on the happy city in Babol city.
