چکیده

فرهنگ اعتماد بیانگر ویژگی های فرهنگی هر جامعه است که باعث اعتماد یا بی اعتمادی افراد می شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ اعتماد(شامل جهت‌گیری معطوف به آینده، فعال گرایی، ثبات اجتماعی، اعتماد نهادی و آشنایی با محیط اجتماعی) بر ارزش‌های اجتماعی توسعه پایدار( شامل مدارا، مشارکت سیاسی و آزادی مداری) در شهر شیراز انجام شد. روش‌شناسی تحقیق مبتنی بر یک مدل مفهومی بود که به کمک نرم‌افزارهای SmartPLS و SPSS تحلیل شد. داده‌های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته میان نمونه‌ای به تعداد 390 پاسخگو از شهروندان شهر شیراز جمع‌آوری گردید و با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که فرهنگ اعتماد تأثیری مثبت بر ارزش‌های اجتماعی توسعه پایدار دارد. مقدار این تأثیر با ضریب ۳۸/۰ نشان داد که فرهنگ اعتماد به مقدار 15 درصد از واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین می‌نماید. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که میزان فرهنگ اعتماد در جامعه مورد مطالعه بر اساس بعد خلقیات شخصی، بالا و در بعد ساختاری پایین بود. درنتیجه، متغیر فرهنگ اعتماد رابطه‌ای مستقیم با متغیر وابسته دارد. به عبارتی، هر چه فرهنگ اعتماد در میان افراد جامعه بیشتر باشد، ارزش‌های اجتماعی توسعه پایدار نیز در جامعه تقویت خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

The culture of trust reflects the cultural characteristics of a society that lead to either trust or mistrust among individuals. This study aimed to examine the impact of the culture of trust (including future orientation, proactivity, social stability, institutional trust, and familiarity with the social environment) on the social values of sustainable development (including tolerance, political participation, and freedom orientation) in the city of Shiraz. The research methodology was based on a conceptual model analyzed using SmartPLS and SPSS software. The data for this study were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire administered to a sample of 390 respondents from the citizens of Shiraz and were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings revealed that the culture of trust has a positive effect on the social values of sustainable development. This effect, with a coefficient of 0.38, indicated that the culture of trust explains 15% of the variance in the dependent variable. Additionally, the results showed that the level of trust culture in the studied society was high in the personal disposition dimension but low in the structural dimension. Consequently, the culture of trust has a direct relationship with the dependent variable. In other words, the higher the culture of trust among individuals in society, the more the social values of sustainable development will be strengthened.
