چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، سنجش و اولویت بندی نیازهای مربوط به بازنشستگان صندوق بازنشستگی کشوری در ایران است.. رشد تعداد بازنشستگان و سالمندان در کشور ایران با حرکت جمعیت به سمت میان‌سالی و سالمندی، همواره دغدغه سیاست‌گذاران برای تأمین نیازها و ارائه خدمات متناسب با این گروه‌های جمعیتی بوده است. روش پژوهش، پیمایش است که از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده ‌شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه بازنشستگان صندوق بازنشستگی کشوری می‌شود. بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 1200 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه ای متناسب و بر اساس استان‌ها گزینش شده اند. یافته نشان می دهد در اغلب شاخص‌ها، میزان اولویت نیازها برای پاسخگویان بسیار بالا است. نیازهای خانوادگی، سلامت عمومی و معیشت بالاترین اولویت‌ها را در میان پاسخگویان داشته است. همچنین کمترین اولویت‌ها نیز مربوط به مسکن، توان‌بخشی و خدمات رفاهی و تفریحی بوده است. از سوی دیگر داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت اولویت نیازها در میان همه گروه‌های اجتماعی یکسان نبوده و تفاوت‌های میانگین معناداری بین گروه‌های مختلف اجتماعی وجود دارد. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند در شناخت و اولویت بندی نیازهای مستمری بگیران صندوق بازنشستگی کشور و برنامه ریزی مناسب برای برآورده کردن این نیازها و در نهایت بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

The aim of this research has been the evaluation of the needs of retirees of the State Pension Fund.The method research is survey using a researcher-made questionnaire. the growth of the number of retirees and the elderly in Iran with the population moving towards middle age and old age has been always the concern of policymakers to meet the needs and provide services appropriate to mentioned population groups. The statistical population of the research includes all retirees of the State Pension Fund. Furthermore, on the basis of Cochran formula, a sample of 1200 people was selected through implementation of simple quota sampling method, in which provinces sample people were selected, the data were collected through phone interviews. Findings show that in most indicators the priority level of needs for respondent is so high, in addition to, Family needs, public health and livelihood have been the highest priorities among the respondents. Also, the lowest priorities are related to housing, rehabilitation and welfare and recreational services. finaly, priority situation of needs among all social groups is not the same and there are significant differences between different social groups. The results of this research can be used in identifying and prioritizing the needs and planning appropriately to meet these needs and ultimately improve the retirees, s quality of life.
