Extracts were categorized into two main categories: “general knowledge” and “specific knowledge”.The results showed that general dimensions of knowledge, such as law, psychology, communications, media, politics, geography, management, professional ethics, and literature, should be mandatory for all public relations students, according to practitioners. In contrast, knowledge such as marketing, programming, economics, and understanding the job environment is more recommended for specialized positions or specific organizations. The culture of trust reflects the cultural characteristics of a society that lead to either trust or mistrust among individuals. This study aimed to examine the impact of the culture of trust (including future orientation, proactivity, social stability, institutional trust, and familiarity with the social environment) on the social values of sustainable development (including tolerance, political participation, and freedom orientation) in the city of Shiraz. The research methodology was based on a conceptual model analyzed using SmartPLS and SPSS software. The data for this study were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire administered to a sample of 390 respondents from the citizens of Shiraz and were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings revealed that the culture of trust has a positive effect on the social values of sustainable development. This effect, with a coefficient of 0.38, indicated that the culture of trust explains 15% of the variance in the dependent variable. Additionally, the results showed that the level of trust culture in the studied society was high in the personal disposition dimension but low in the structural dimension. Consequently, the culture of trust has a direct relationship with the dependent variable. In other words, the higher the culture of trust among individuals in society, the more the social values of sustainable development will be strengthened.

Instagram, with its focus on visual and video content, has become one of the most influential social media platforms. A significant portion of this content is produced by celebrities and influencers who, by showcasing their personal and professional lives, shape the attitudes and lifestyles of their audiences. This study aims to understand the experiences of female Instagram users. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research approach was employed, including semi-structured and in-depth interviews for data collection and thematic analysis for interpretation. The study was conducted with 20 women aged 18 to 45, selected through purposive, non-random sampling to ensure diversity in contextual characteristics such as education and marital status. The thematic analysis of the interviews identified one main theme: "Unstable and Reflective Mental Well-being," along with four subthemes: commodification of life, lifestyle changes, lack of perceived happiness, and re-evaluation of priorities, encompassing a total of 12 concepts. The findings indicate that female Instagram users are constantly exposed to comparison, judgment, and identity reconstruction. Their unstable mental well-being reflects a type of psychological and value-based disruption, in which the re-evaluation of identity and lifestyle occurs not out of conscious awareness, but under the hidden pressures of the culture of display on social media.

Amid rising economic, political, and social crises, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have become pivotal in addressing societal challenges, with effective volunteer management emerging as a cornerstone of their success. Volunteers are integral to non-governmental organizations operations, yet ineffective coordination and mismanagement of large volunteer groups frequently lead to workforce attrition, undermining organizational goals. This study explores the barriers and challenges in securing volunteer human resources for non-governmental organizations , employing thematic analysis to analyze data collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and stakeholders of ten NGOs. The analysis identified eight main themes, seventeen sub-themes, and twenty-seven initial concepts, categorizing challenges into three groups: individual (e.g., conflicts between volunteer and organizational interests, volunteer ethical traits, demanding nature of volunteer work), organizational (e.g., lack of inter-NGO collaboration, shortage of managerial volunteers, ineffective networking), and environmental (e.g., budget constraints, restrictive national policies, absence of a unified governing body). The findings provide a detailed mapping of the current human resource supply chain, highlighting inefficiencies and offering actionable insights for NGOs to optimize volunteer management. This research also serves as a roadmap for emerging NGOs, enabling them to redesign processes, reduce resource waste, and enhance human resource efficiency, thereby strengthening their capacity to achieve mission-driven objectives.

In recent decades, tourism studies, due to their interdisciplinary nature, have increasingly focused on well-being from both theoretical and methodological perspectives, prioritizing the examination of tourists' well-being in research agendas. Despite several decades since the introduction of the term "well-being in tourism," as conceptualized by Pearce, the concept remains fragmented and ambiguous. Given that well-being can have long-term physical and psychological effects on all aspects of human life, defining it as a goal of tourism appears to be an accepted endeavor. This study, which is developmental-applied in purpose and qualitative in method, aims to explain the concept of well-being in tourism. It employs a documentary and library research approach for data collection and utilizes meta-synthesis to analyze the views of theorists in order to identify the concept and dimensions of well-being in tourism. The study population includes all English-language research related to well-being in tourism from 1990 to 2024.The findings reveal that while hedonic well-being, eudaimonic well-being, subjective well-being, psychological well-being, quality of life, and more recently transformative and meaningful experiences have been examined as aspects of well-being in tourism studies—and are occasionally used interchangeably—they differ in terms of their concepts and dimensions. The results can enhance managers' understanding of tourist well-being and provide practical guidelines for managers, planners, and policymakers in developing tourism at national and regional levels and well-being for planning for community members.

Rural tourism, as one of the important branches of the tourism industry, has received a lot of attention in recent years. One of these challenges is the lack of knowledge of tourists about the tourist attractions of these areas. Digital advertising can be used as an effective tool to solve this challenge. The area studied in this research was Kandavan village in East Azarbaijan province. This research is an applied and survey research in which descriptive statistical methods (frequency distribution table, mean and standard deviation) and inferential methods are used for data analysis. In the inferential statistics section, in order to analyze the data and generalize the results, structural equations have been used with the help of SPSS 26 and smartpls software. All factor loading scores were higher than 0.5, Cronbach's alpha was higher than 0.7 for all three main values, and AVE coefficients were higher than 0.5, and validity and reliability were confirmed. In Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability criteria, mental image has the highest score (0.900 and 0.921) and tourist attraction has the lowest score (0.717 and 0.819). Tourist attraction with a value of 0.602 has the highest average extracted variance and digital advertising has the lowest amount. The final analysis showed the effect of digital advertising on the attraction of tourists in rural areas by mediating the mental image of tourists
