In the narrative of economic actors, entrepreneurs and managers, some romantic elements and concepts are defined by the endorsement of a specific kind of economic discipline. In this structural order and definition, the economic status of individuals is considered rational, normal,, balanced, and logical. This definition depends on risk-taking, ideation, potential, and imagination implementation in the business context. The entrepreneurial ecosystem applies the romantic perspective principles and creates perceptions and norms contagiously by giving priority to genius. In this context, failure and its consequences are individualistic issues and concerns. Meanwhile, new heroes have emerged. These heroes have characteristics and signatures that can be considered a model. The ecosystem introduces and defines a new precious act. In the present study, it has been tried to depict genius and Iranian entrepreneurs using narrative research methods and semi-structured interviewing. We interviewed directly economic actors, such as founders and CEOs of startups, investors, innovative incubator centers, traditional entrepreneurs, and benevolent. This qualitative research focused on identifying and exploring the genius, economic romanticism, and aestheticization of economics theoretically. Our findings indicate that many narratives of the entrepreneurial ecosystem are compatible with the romantic act, while the sentimentality and opportunism of romanticism undermine the significance of the context.

The central issue of this paper is the study of the ratio of the budget allocation of the government with the level of development of the provinces of Iran. From this point of view, the importance of balanced regional development is justified by reviewing and introduction of conceptual foundations. The budget allocation criteria in different countries are reviewed and the suitable type of Iran is introduced. The method of study is taxonomy and classification of the existing situation based on indicators made from existing data. By combining the indicators, the development rank of each province is extracted and its entitlement rank is also calculated from the government budget. The result of the research indicates that the provincial budget allocation is not based on the degree of underdevelopment of the provinces and the budget process in Iran is not aimed at reducing inequality and regional gap. Along with other factors including regional coordinates, the budget plays an important role in infrastructure development and investment attraction and regional market formation. Balanced development that guarantees stability and security requires equal budget allocation as a national necessity and a legal duty of the government.Balanced development that guarantees stability and security requires equal budget allocation as a national necessity and a legal duty of the government.

In terms of the research method, this research is of a documentary and survey type, the research tools include Halpin and Kraft's organizational climate questionnaires and O'Reilly et al.'s turnover intentions questionnaire. The statistical population includes the employees of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Kashan in 2019 and the sample size is estimated to be 130 people using Sample Power software. The findings of the research in the descriptive dimension showed that the majority of the employees of this center evaluated its organizational climate as average and the desire to leave the service among them is medium to high. The inferential analysis of the data also showed that there is a significant and inverse relationship between organizational climate and the desire to leave the service of employees. Also, multivariate analysis showed that four indicators of influence and dynamism, teamwork spirit, harassment and distancing explain 37% of the changes in the desire to leave the service, and the highest effect on leaving the service belongs to the dimension of teamwork and collective spirit. According to these findings, it is suggested that policy-making in medical and hospital systems should be focused on creating more job motivations among specialized and skilled human forces

Method: A qualitative study design was conducted and thematic analysis was used to investigate the context of the data. The population consisted of working children and adolescents who lived in Sari City in 2021 and a purposeful sampling method was used until the theoretical saturation of the interviews. Finally, 12 participants were interviewed in a semi-structured manner and the interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: The Findings showed the categories of expectations for the future are classified into the five dimensions include compensation for children, effort while contentment, trust, planning for the future and pessimism. Based on the categories, a model was provided in which effort while contentment was placed in central model. Conclusion: The results showed that the economic problems of working children overshadow their expectations for the future, and most of the children intend to live their lives in a way that their children do not experience such a life. Some children believe that they can shape a better future for themselves by setting the right goals, having a plan for the future, and relying on God.Keywords: Expectations from the future, working children, working Adolescents, goal setting

One of the tendencies of social work is the field of industry, which started with labor movements in the world, and most of the important industries in the world benefit from the existence of these helpers. More than 50 years after the arrival of social work in Iran and the existence of this trend in the oil industry, but no development has been created in it. The aim of the present study is to discover and analyze the lack of realization and development of industrial social work in Iranian industries. The present study is a qualitative study at the national level in which 10 knowledgeable and relevant social workers were purposefully participated in the data saturation criterion through semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed by grounded theory study. Research has shown that multiple barriers to industrial social workers include structural barriers, ambiguous job status, and ignorance and negligence. The constructed structural phenomenon is marginalization and passivity. In order to achieve and develop industrial social work, in addition to removing the barriers, it is social workers who must present themselves to the industry in order to recognize the opportunities they can create for the industry and the capacities of their professional field. Benefit from important industry goals. In fact, the demand for industrial social work professionals is one of the main strategies to achieve this.
